Carol has been the first port of call for our members for over a decade now.
She handles all the new loan requests coming in, share withdrawals and queries as well as liaising with the Credit Commitee, the Board and any other stakeholders.
Her phone never stops ringing!

Chief Executive Officer
Luke joined the community bank in June 2024 moving from his previous role as Head of Member Services at 1st Class Credit Union, to become our Chief Executive Officer.
Luke will guide and shape the people and business, while delivering on the aims of the community banks business plan.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9am to 4pm

Phil has been a member of the Credit Union for several years and also serves as a Board Member for a Housing Association in Edinburgh. He has recently started acting as the Secretary of the Credit Union.
In his day job, Phil is a Senior Governance Officer at Heriot-Watt University, which involves supporting senior leaders in preparing for meetings; taking minutes; preparing agendas and chasing up actions. A bit like his role for First Scottish!
In his spare time, Phil enjoys walking in the Pentland hills near his home and doing plenty of cycling.
